If all is OK download appropriate form below and include 2 passport size photographs a copy of your birth certificate - passport, or driver licence.

Registration Procedure

Payment: -

The cost per month is £85 per month for adults and £25 per month for students and the unemployed (you must be able to prove this) payable by standing order. This covers your registration, training and games. If you are interested in attending training sessions or joining the team, please contact JOHN HUBBELL.

Players who are signed to league teams (including juniors) can not sign although women's league players can. You can sign with a maximum of 3 recreational teams. If you choose to set up your Standing Order form on line with your bank you will need to contact john hubbel for our banking details.

Standing order needs to be made out to "Slough Tornados Ice Hockey Club"

Deadlines & fees

Standing Order System:

For payment, you must go on the standing order system whereby you pay £85 (or £25 for students and the unemployed). This includes your registration fee and games. If you have a problem with this please talk to us about it.

Please Note:

Slough Tornados operate a 'no pay, no play' policy. This has been implemented to try to keep the club out of financial difficulty. If you have a problem with this policy please contact the team officials.
